Quick Start Guide

  1. Download the connection file by clicking the button above
  2. Open the downloaded file (it will launch Remote Desktop)
  3. Enter your credentials when prompted:
    • Username: RDG\yourusername
    • Password: Your provided password
  4. Accept the security certificate if prompted
  5. Connect and start using ComputerEase!
